Miller's was designed to be a beautiful and flexible space. Many of the objects can be moved and reconfigured to accommodate a variety of uses, the owner must oversee the arrangements.

The main room is approximately 45 X 29 ft with is a small stage in one corner. We t ry to keep our rates reasonable in hopes that everyone will be able to afford the use of this community space. Occasionally we grant a reduced rate depending on the size, sponsor and purpose of the event.

Rental Rules:

You may pick up and return the key to Lee. Payment must be received upon picking up the key
In colder weather the building needs about an hour to heat up, SET AT 65 it should be plenty warm. SET THE FANS ON LOW when the heat is on in order to move the heat to the floor.
Most of the furniture either has wheels or felts so they are easy to move without damaging the floor but please watch for scratching as you move things around. You are free to use the chairs, tables and long benches. All other equipment needs permission from the owner.
Please protect benches & tables when using them for food and/or drink.
Sweep the floors (and wipe down if necessary). There’s a large broom hanging in the back room. Cleaning supplies are in the cabinet above the sink.
Please remove your garbage and recycling (we don't have the capacity to handle large amounts). There are garbage bags in the cabinet above the sink.
Turn off lights. The tracks are on dimmers, please don't slide down the dimmers, use the toggle at the base of the switch. THANKS

A Few More Things You Might Like to Know:

There is one bathroom in the back with a light switch by the bathroom door. More tp is in the little stand in the bathroom.
The pendant lights (general lighting), display window lighting and transom lighting are switched by the font door
Studio fluorescents, back room fluorescent, track lights, ceiling outlets, and fan are switched in the back room.
The heat is turned on at the thermostat located just to the right of the door to the back room. When the heat is turned up the propane heater will come on.
